 Timişoara is full of places where I could park for a fraction of the price of the hotel car park. That page of text looks daunting at first glance but it actually lists four different simple ways to pay, and is in Romanian and English. My free two hours at the hotel hasn't expired yet so in theory I could move the car to somewhere cheaper but I'm pretty sure that I do understand how to pay at the hotel so I won't bother. It's only about the same amount of money as I'm spending every day on petrol.
